The Global Industrial Park

The 17.117 Hectare land is surrounded by water on the East, South and Southwest end. A large portion of the Northern and Eastern Areas are for industrial uses while the Western and South-western Areas are suitable for commercial and tourist-related activities.  

Exclusive Services for Vessels

The Lease Agreement between GTI and SBMA states that GTI is the sole and exclusive service provider of Line Handlers for all vessels that will berth in Alava, Rivera and Bravo Piers. In addition, the said agreement includes management of the land side of the piers and in-charge of providing pier-side cleaning and ship garbage collection.
